Various blockchain-based initiatives are being realized in the fields of banking, art, health, notary, logistics, education, and so on, and the areas of usage of this technology, which will encompass practically all sectors in the future, will swiftly increase. In 2019, we founded a community called CryptoFemale and organized events and training sessions for women to improve their technology literacy. This EU-funded event will bring together young women who are new entrants to the sector in order to overcome the prejudices of sector representatives against women working in technology, and will increase the solidarity awareness of young women through the presentations of women who have achieved good success in the field of technology, especially those working in the field.

OUR GOALS

• EMPLOYMENT: There is a need for training for young women in order for them to get to know the sector and develop projects in different fields, and for sectors to carry out awareness raising activities to increase the number of women in employment.

• SOLIDARITY: Strengthening the solidarity, community awareness and support mechanisms that women need will enable statistical data to change.

• NETWORKING: We believe that it will respond to the need for safe communication, solidarity, support, training, development of projects and the creation of mechanisms to contact sectors' representatives.

Thanks to the presentations and panels of women who have achieved good success in the field of blockchain, young women, who are our target audience, will have the chance to assess the challenges and opportunities they may have when they enter the sector.
